Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Maintenance Plans
Website Maintenance Terms and Conditions
Website maintenance services by Software Solutions are as follows:
-Annual (12 month) agreements for Annual Plans.
-Month to Month.
-Free Plans are only available through a New Website Support for errors or bugs encounter within the first year.
Payment Methods
Monthly Website Maintenance fees require credit card for payment, paypal, check, bank wire-transfer or money order. No other forms of payment will be accepted for monthly website maintenance payments.
Annual Website Maintenance fees may be paid with credit card, paypal, check, bank wire-transfer or money order.
Website maintenance fees will be charged to the clients credit card on file on the 1st or 15th day of every month.
Website maintenance Fees will be prorated for new clients that sign up in the middle of a given month.
Termination of this agreement by the client.
Clients may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice, additional fees may apply for early termination.
A fee of $150 will be charged to the clients account for terminating this agreement between the 10th month and the 14th month of the agreement term.
A fee of $75 will be charged to the clients account for terminating this agreement between the 14th of the month and the 20th of the month of the agreement term.
After the initial 12 months, the client may terminate this agreement without paying any additional fees with 30 days written notice.
Software Solutions may terminate this agreement at anytime with written notice to the client.
An administrative fee of $25 will be charged to the clients account for any late payments or declined credit card charges.
An administrative fee of $30 will be charged for returned checks.
There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services.
When adding new text and/or content to a page the client is responsible for providing all text (in digital format) and images/photos.
Minor updates are limited to 5 incidents per week depending on availability. More minor updates may be able to be completed each week depending on the Software Solutions master project schedule. The client may submit a support ticket to find out if more updates may be allowed in a given week.
There is no roll-over for any website maintenance plan services.
“Update turnaround time” is based on standard minor updates. Advanced updates may result in longer turnaround times.
Urgent and/or Rush updates, modifications, or edits will be completed within 24 hours. A fee of $15 will be charged if updates and/or modifications or edits are required to be completed on Saturday or Sunday.

Uploading a new advertisement
Changing a banner ad
Adding or modifying a product in a catalog or e-commerce system

Please note: these services carry an additional fee on top of your monthly maintenance fee.

Upgrading Maintenance Services
Pro-rate subscriptions prices when a member upgrades or downgrades plans. For example, if there is an upgrade the current price plus the number of days left on the subscription will be apply to the next subscription, and the same applies to downgrading.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Software Solutions and its licensors.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Software Solutions.
Software Solutions has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Software Solutions shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
